Founder of QMPT & Wellness
Rupa is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), practicing for over 12 years, licensed in the State of New Jersey. She went to Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD for her undergraduates for Bachelor's of Science and post-graduate at University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Princess Anne, MD for her DPT.
Rupa is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), practicing for over 12 years, licensed in the State of New Jersey. She went to Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD for her undergraduates for Bachelor's of Science and post-graduate at University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Princess Anne, MD for her DPT.
Rupa has had a wide variety of experience treating patients in the Orthopedic and Subacute settings treating from young kids to the elderly with cases of sport injuries, falls, chronic back/neck pain, and post surgical rehab. She received her Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) Certification, aka the McKenzie Method, in 2019 which involves intense training/courses to assess and treat orthopedic conditions. In addition, she has extensive background and coursework for Women and Men Pelvic Health related topics and treating Pelvic Floor to help patients with diagnoses of interstitial cystitis, vaginismus, pelvic floor dysfunction, stress/urge incontinence, etc. Recently, Rupa certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Corrective Specialist to help women during this phase with proper and individualized exercise programs.

In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, sleeping, and learning new recipes in the kitchen. Rupa stays active by working out when possible and coaches her daughter's soccer team.
